I use this site everyday as part of my daily education. I purchased a year subscription and so far I have been through the entire Ableton Live 8 101 course and loved it. I really like the quality of the presenters and find little tidbits everyday to make things easier.
I love this software. This is the primary DAW that I use currently though I’m starting to learn Pro Tools. If you are interested in a demo, come in and see me. I finally found a really good page on their website that explains the differences between the different versions they sell. You can find it here. I finally finished all of the macprovideo.com tutorials and I’m now on to learning some more on sound creation.
IK Multimedia – SampleTank Free
A free version of IK Multimedia’s SampleTank. It includes 204 of their more than 2000 sound library. It is a great library for someone getting started and needs to try out before they buy the full version. Very fast and efficient too.
