Began DJing in High School at age 17. Took a long break (20 Years) and now has gotten back into the business as a specialist in DJ Lighting Design and DMX Software.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah as the oldest of eight (8) children, Ben grew up taking lead positions in many different areas including becoming an Eagle Scout, and Stage Manager for his High School Orchestra. His love for music and technology developed along side each other and eventually accumulated in his service in 1988-1990 as the Live Video specialist for the first Video Jockey (VJ) company in Utah. In addition to doing the Live Video for the event, Ben also helped design and build some of the custom signature lights for the company.
Ben is a computer guru and always has been. Currently he is the VP of Product Management for a soon to be released DMX Lighting software built specifically for the DJ market. Watch his blog to get more information…
